How is Operator different from Claude?
Claude doesn't know your data. Operator does. It sits on a real model of your business, not a CSV upload or an API dump. It builds dashboards, modifies the data model, and remembers your preferences between conversations.
Who is Switchboard for?

How long does setup take?
Typically days, not months. Your Forward Deployed Engineer connects sources on day one, configures models and dashboards by day three, and you're live by the end of the week. You don't touch a credentials screen or a mapping table.
What happens after setup?
Your FDE stays. They maintain your data models, add new sources when you need them, and make sure the platform keeps up as your business changes. This isn't a one-time setup that degrades.
